During a video address directed at the people of Lebanon, Netanyahu said: "You have an opportunity to save Lebanon before it falls into the abyss of a long war that will lead to destruction and suffering like we see in Gaza.

Sorry but that top picture shows a small crater in the concrete with some sand, and that bottom picture shows a small crater in the asphalt with some sand

I'm going to have to go with the weapons expert from HRW instead of some comically biased website on this one
