I hear sometime people call a certain movie 'the greatest movie ever made' but what's the criteria?

prob a very lib take here but i literally dont care about the plot as long as it has good aesthetics as in good scenes with good soundtrack.

some examples of my favorite scenes

the party scene in drive with desire song (dont judge me i loved this movie before it was hijacked by incels 🥴 also like all the featured songs from the soundtrack in this movie have epic scenes)
the caravan performance at the end in Whiplash
the corn chase/library scene from interstellar
boat scene - the man from uncle
star wars i love you, i know scene (star wars is filled with these type of scenes that i love)
