Americans are, I believe.
Not all Billionaires are American.

Ah, yes, wasn't focused on that part. Pretty sure 1.3 billion would be most of both American continents.
More than both American continents. North America is 595 million. South America is 430 million. You're short about 275 million.
Some of us Americans are fat enough to qualify as two people. The math works out.
