It will be easier for the Republican party to distance itself from Trump, whether it takes the opportunity or not

Probably a bunch of states will see a new third party called something like The Trump Party or the MAGA Party and operate like the Tea Party did for a while... just with a whole lot less financial backing. These will be independent state level parties and not a national party with branches in the states where they've formed. Lots of factionalization and infighting and financial shenanigans will ensue.

There's gonna be a whole lot of squealing for about 6 months after the election results are finalized about a stolen election which will hurt Trumper voter turnout in the next elections, "if the country is so corrupt that TWO elections were stolen from my guy ... then what's the point in voting?"

Probably the same amount of mass shootings as has become the "norm" for the USA but more manifesto's citing Trump's repeated loss as "proof" of an irredeemably corrupt US political process with no possibility of positive reform, the only solution being nihilistic destruction instead of tossing out a bad system and replacing it with a fundamentally different system with positive goals for humanity.
