You're concerned about what? I'm just a bit confused over what this community offers differently and the phrase war on fascism is confusing.
I am tired of everyone going on and on about politics. Sure it was fine for election day but they have gone off the deep end. It is now an antiTrump circle jerk.
Star Trek shouldn't be an excuse to push crazy political beliefs
What crazy political beliefs do you see being pushed there? I'm like genuinely baffled here
Far left/ war on fascism
It's a crazy belief to say fascism is bad? I'm, like, utterly confused on how this is congruent with enjoying a show about a post-scarcity socialist utopia that promotes infinite diversity in infinite combinations.
I really don't mean to badger the point, I just can't wrap my head around someone saying "it's bad to say fascism is bad" and liking Star Trek, a wildly left-wing property.
It's a show about a buncha commies traveling around in a space ship solving sci-fi dilemmas and saying racism is abhorrent. They had a whole spin off show about how it's okay to do some terrorism to fascists, they deserve it.
I think fascism can mean lots of different things. It is overused just like communism.
It kinda feels like you're dancing around saying anything truly pertinent to the conversation
Anyway, I don't think you have anything useful to contribute and I don't think your "fascism friendly Star Trek community" is needed by anyone.
Reevaluate your choices, the bed you've chosen is full of Neo-Nazis.
