All this hustle culture pisses me off. The “be your own boss” culture sucks ass.
The phrase "Personal Brand" makes me want to self harm.
My cousin once laid out his plan to literally create a personal brand about a lifestyle of hanging out in a studio producing music for other people and selling art. I was aghast.
My brother used to work for a youtube channel for a famous child, and his girlfriend knew communist theory, so we were telling him how the kid was a commodity, he was a "brand". I don't think he got the point.
