It also said Amazon put customers seeking to cancel through a cumbersome "four-page, six-click, fifteen option" process, which the FTC said was known internally as "Iliad" in a nod to the Greek epic about the "long, arduous Trojan War".

At least we get to live in a dystopian hellscape that respects the classics.

Kinda fitting that they went for the Iliad and not the Odyssey. And by fitting, I mean fitting with the intelligence level of the average MBA.

The Odyssey was actually about a long, arduous journey. The Iliad was just like, a few months of the Trojan War, and it was action-packed. Dumb fucks never read either of them, though.
