Yay, so just as I thought today was going to be a chill enough day, and that all my issues were sorted, one of my power boards is making an electric crackling sound, and a lamp plugged into a different one from a different power point won't work properly and just keeps flickering

Edit: oh and know my little heater I have next to my bed smells like burning

If the power board has a reset button, reset it. If it doesn't get one that does.

Take the lamp and try it in another power outlet. Also try taking the globe out when it has cooled down and put it back in.
