He’s been following me around. I’ve killed him multiple times but this one latched onto me for some reason. Is there a reason he’s following me?
Do you have a puzzle ring equipped? The affix on that means a treasure goblin follows you around picking up junk and common items. After it picks up enough it will drop a rare item that has a chance to be legendary
I do have a puzzle ring!
Sounds like you've set him as your pet. It's a little critter that follows you around and picks up gold.
