Oh I almost forgot.. I had a pork & wild emu sausage roll for lunch at the pub. It was ok but nowhere near as good as the one from the bakery the other week. I can say I've eaten the coat of arms now though.

Does it really taste different for having emu in it?

It did taste different than other sausage rolls yeah. I don't think I can really explain how though but it was different.

Sometimes that's good enough! As long as it doesn't taste like your average run-of-the-mill sausage roll.. I imagine I'd feel a bit ripped off if it did.

Gotta hit up the Gin Gin Bakery in QLD for a croc pie! Smash one everytime I tumble through on my way up to FNQ.

That'd be interesting. I had croc spring rolls up at Hartley's Crocodile Adventures near Cairns and they were great!
