The server passes away for a couple minutes every few hours. It was flagged and should hopefully be resolved in an upcoming update. Not ideal but not much we can do about it at the moment. Here's the bug report: https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/3342 but it's related to a couple other tickets as well.
