Started teardown this weekend. Really great voxel game with emphasis on destruction physics. The campaign turns it into a heist type game, where you have to figure out a way to get a lot of stuff to a particular space with 1 minute. It's a great loop of thinking about how to do it, preparing with all the destruction tools at your disposal, and then executing the plan faster and faster until you succeed. It has the structure of hotline miami that way. It also has creative mode and a lot of great mods. It's on sale for $22.50 during the steam sale as well, recommend it.
