They're both wrong.
Just make Austria longer, they're already good at mountains, having an archaic gov't, and not having coasts.
of course, the "zweihänder austria" project
Make Austria the westernmost part of German speaking Europe, like how occupied Northern Ireland doesn't reach as far North as Free Ireland
Why is it ostria and not sudria or mittlria anyway?
