Gotcha but it helps people infer that their input is desired and there's a better chance of you noticing if you're putting people off like the
bareback anal whatever
aha.I get its folksy but its going to ward off others in this kind of instance or others from without who are trying to tend to their mental garden ;)
Check out Self-Therapy tho, its an affirming practice that takes a bit of getting used to but its really the most natural approach I've stumbled upon so thats all I got, good luck
