This is how the system works.

You think world leaders have these dick waving contests because of oil or denazification? No, it's to allow them to hand billions of dollars to the wealthy. If they just cut cheques the people would riot but send a bunch of young people overseas to blow each other up while hiding the transfers in weapons purchases? It's all good.
