One way or another the states and providences need to go back to indigenous federations. What is northern Africa/the Arabian peninsula? Good to see a unified Ireland and Korea. What about the DR and Hati tho?

Yes, all the states could be united in Indigenous federation, North Africa and Middle East are united into Arab Union. Should DR and Haiti unite or expand borders?

I would think unite. My ~~hospital~~ historical (lolwtf?) knowledge is a bit fuzzy, but I think it would be in keeping with rectifying historical injustices.
