Before I heard about lemmy I got desperate and went to check Fark.com to see if it could scratch that itch for me. It still exists and seemed mostly unchanged from when I was last there almost 20 years ago. Unfortunately it did not scratch that itch, but I highly recommend any old Farkers check it out for nostalgia alone.
Me too. They coulda been a contender. Sort of surprising that they didn’t open up to a wider base and have more links. That Was really the only challenge. Too few posts in a day.
