How do I see posts I've made on other instances? (self.home)

I had made a post on a Beehaw community. I see comments in my inbox, but when I click “Posts” in my profile nothing shows up. To be clear, the beehaw post is my only post ever on this account.

I've actually seen other people caught out by it so I'm assuming its something the devs turned on in the last update without warning people!
