It comes amid a furious social media backlash over Russian-run businesses with a “whites only” policy that strictly bars locals. These businesses include bars, restaurants, water sports and vehicle hiring services.

These guys are the ones who were smart and wealthy enough to leave while the leaving was good.

I'm sure they'll find somewhere else to flee to.

Anecdotally from traveling in South East Asia, they're still all over Thailand, Vietnam, Bali etc. They're pretty hard to miss.
