That is actually a huge W for Ukraine, i don't know the extent of the damage but this means they have capabilities to attack production hubs. This is how Yemen stopped the Saudi Arabia bombing, by developing capabilities to hit their oil related infrastructure.
Yup. Although I'm still of the opinion it was launched locally. Which means either they got the terrorist groups deep inside Russia already, or it's the local idiots.
