Hello, I'm looking to purchase this film. Unfortunately, it looks to be unobtainium. Does anyone know where one may get a copy?

A quick nose around suggests it hasn't been released in home video.

It's odd that none of the distributors see fit to provide at least a streaming version. I have VPN I could make it work.
