Consolidation on the net definitely is a market failure, can't argue that.

Neolibs, sure, but I don't associate the typical lefty with "corporate rights" lol. Meanwhile most righties I know want the deregulation of most industries in the name of "personal liberties", but all it does is allow corporations to do whatever they want. Neolibs love unregulated markets though.

Yeah👍 I never said leftys. I said libs, so politically right-wing

A solid clarification! ✌

Political jargon is confusing. But I think this case they refer to economical right-wing, who typically support deregulation of market.

I think calling "modern left" "liberal" is kind of confusing, since most modern left support social freedom and economical control, which is not really "liberal". But that is the terms we stuck with.

That's why one axis isn't enough. The political compass is a better way to visualize political ideology.

Taste a look here, this "game"/research gives you a position on this 3-axis graph.

Yea I'm familiar with the "traditional" use of liberal/conservative, which is why I called out neolibs specifically. I just assume anyone using "libs" is probably more on the "own the libs" side of the dunning Kruger curve. /shrug

Please no memes that obviously have a political stance. This isn't reddit.
