I hope so, simply so that console players might be able to experience modding in a similar capacity to PC.

That's mainly why I want it, I don't have a PC but I do have an Xbox, and because of the mod support on Skyrim and FO4 I've been able to enjoy mods too
Starfield made to be moddable. That’s why there’s thousands of empty planets: Just pick one, make a total conversion mod and release it without conflicting with thousands of other mods (planets).
I’m sure mods will be supported everywhere to full extent.
True, now I just hope the console version has more allocated space for mods. 5GB for Skyrim is decent, but 2GB for FO4 is pitiful.
I’m sure now owned by Microsoft, Bethesda made sure how that will work on Xbox X/S :)
