MAJOR ORDER: Surveillance has uncovered an Automaton "Petafactory"; its only purpose to mass-produce heartless weapons of war.

Liberate it, on Varylia 5, and we can convert it to produce en masse the dual-Autocannon EXO-49 EMANCIPATOR EXOSUIT.
