He was hedging his bets and what an awful strategic mistake. Imagine turning down the F35 for that shit heap of an air defence system with a $1B price tag.
Still they're making a heap of money by importing cheap russian oil, rebranding it and selling it on.
Hopefully we can figure out a way to stop buying the blood oil.
