Battered and fried flathead (it's messy but I love making the batter and putting my fingers in it like a naughty kid) with hand cut chips

Big baking sheet of roast veg mixed through with some French lentils (cooked in stock) and some feta on top.

Should get a lunch or two out of it too which is good because this week's GF sourdough attempt was an unmitigated disaster
