A true Mask off post. They're admitting that experience is BS, and that they only accept people based on feelings and not qualifications.

I have seen the exact same post posted by multiple people in LinkedIn and it is posted only for farming reactions and followers. They didn’t truly do this.

In case you don't know about Instagram poetry, it's very memeable because a lot of examples are just regular sentences with random line breaks, much like this LinkedIn post
