Change of plans.. I had to go out to the bank so I stopped by the firelight festival and grabbed 3 empanadas because I don't think I've had them before

I got a traditional beef one, a fried cheese one and a pork, jalapenos & cheese one. Just trying to the pork one now and it's pretty good!

I made a Bolognese sauce and everyone has been smelling it for hours, so I'd better cook some ravioli and dish it up quick or I won't be long for this world lol.

Rice noodle soup. Noodles, topped with freezer veg, covered with hot chicken stock and a bit of soy sauce. Cracked an egg in for extra protein
