I've always preferred acid although my favorite is probably 2cb. DMT is definitely a top tier experience with unmatched visuals, but it's more like an experience thrust upon you rather than one you engage in.

Haha I would be all for it, depending on the dose we would have a very very significant amount of people die though. Imagine all the doctors, pilots, and other people performing critical roles suddenly start tripping balls in a hefty dose.

I can vouch for this, except the ego death bit. I don't super think it's a thing.
You have to take a lot. The ego dissolves mostly during the trip, then returns to having a clear boundary/definition before the trip is over. If it ever happens to you, you’ll understand why they still call it ego “death.” However, anybody walking around saying they no longer have an ego because they did mushrooms is full of shit and have a bigger ego than most people, LOL.
If I'm ever let outside bounds, some stuff is gonna break. I know better than to think I'll resist. I have way too much desire.
Ego death is sort of a confusing thing and personally when I see people talking about it, I think that everyone sort of has a different type of experience related to it and they just all call it ego death.
I definitely felt like I was going to die on higher doses but I wouldn't say I've had the steriotypical ego death experience either.
