Is this a tip to the delivery driver, or is it a tip to the seller? Because if the comment about this using the language options to add a tip, it seems like an extra charge the seller imposes on the customer without money going to the driver.
It does seem to be that way, but the discussion itself is a lot along the lines of "omg I can't believe people just want MORE money" as if for nothing
How much of digital tipping goes to employees vs how much gets squandered. I'd imagine a very large portion never goes to the employees themselves.
