When you (assumed) don't know who that is, and thus read that as "peanut butter and jelly boner pills" on offer from [Dr] Watson you start to question wtf that show was actually about, and how that tied into politics...
He probably means he won't comply with wokeism or dei or the current right wing racist code word.

Isn't the trick with cops trying to search you/etc to comply/cooperate but never consent? Pot brothers at law have a good script for it. Or I guess if you're willing to throw your life away then by all means fully don't comply
