I did a quick search and found their names too:
Women fire fighters during a training exercise at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, during World War II, circa 1941. From left to right, they are Elizabeth Moku, Alice Cho, Katherine Lowe, and Hilda Van Gieson.
If this picture was taken today, right wingers would roll their eyes at the wokeness. Because they're dumbasses.
Funny because pictures like this are some of the few left that make me feel "patriotic".

Pearl Harbour attack was in December 1941, so this photo presumably was not too long afterwards
The harbor remained operational through the war, so it could be anytime after the attack, really.
For sure - I guess I just wanted to add some additional timing context. I personally find it interesting
Fun fact, Navy ships didn't even have a dedicated firefighting force until after the disaster on the USS Forrestal in 1962. A fire broke out on the flight deck and the attempts to put it out were like watching Keystone Cops. Nobody had a dedicated job or understood how to actually fight a Class D fire.

Hell of a disaster
The video from the flight deck was used during my damage control training when I was in the Navy. The DC rate was created after that disaster.
