What are you gonna have? Do we even need to eat breakfast? I'm trying to figure out things quick to make that don't have a ton of sugar and aren't egg based. Any ideas?

I usually opt for just a cup of black coffee cuz I'm not hungry most mornings. If I do have a proper "breakfast" it'll be something light like yogurt, a piece of fruit, or like a protein bar. Now brunch on the other hand, I'll go crazy.

For the record I had a protein granola mix and banana, vegan and extremely easy but a lot of sugar and don't a lot of banana farms use child or slave labor these days?
