I see too many companies say they encourage 'ownership'. Stop this bullshit. It's just a buzzword anyone says because it sounds good. But then in reality, employees aren't given the autonomy or resources to make real impactful decisions, and layers of bureaucracy kill initiative.

That's it, I just had to say that loud.
