In most places around the world work contract is guaranteed after working for a certain number of years. They can’t fire/lay you without causes and even then it’s hard.

Atwill states just cause such a tremendous amount of anxiety copulated with shitty unemployed benefits in some states. It’s a never ended cycle.

Got laid off and back to the resume grind.
