Everyone is getting banned for "URL Blacklist"? (lemmy.world)

What's going on? Everyone interacting with Lemmy world seems to be getting banned for "URL Blacklist" and lots of comments are being "Removed by mod". Communities are being removed also.

Sorry we had a error on automod. We are unbanning all wrongly banned an resotring their posts and comments.

Whatever it was, it seems admins have already noticed and are unbanning users and restoring comments 👍

Really weird. Communities are also affected. For example these german communities about mathematics and robotics

Update: communities and users are getting unbanned. Things are getting back to normal it seems.
