Breadtube if it didn't suck.

Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.

Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.

There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.

Ugh, that poor lady. She asks a guy to stop filming and his first response is to go "The law doesn't forbid it so actually I'm cool and good" and oh Jesus it just gets worse

The cooking guy is like "this whole gutter oil issue isn't just racism" but that video absolutely fucking is

I took him to mean that he was more interested in the discussion of policy and practice, not that he was discounting racism as a role in its virality.

And him being in China proper certainly doesn’t earn him the benefit of the doubt

Am I crazy or is the screenshot (from the pinned comment) such a complete 180 in tone. It's written from the perspective of the person throwing names, is it not?

I've maybe heard the phrase "gutter oil" once and didn't know what it referred to. But what I'm more interested in are those giant fucking fatbergs. How you gonna throw up a picture for like half a second of some huge ass block of lard 10 feet tall and not spend the rest of your time talking about that? Like I knew they could happen, but never knew how. Do rats just go to town when they find something like that in the sewer? God I just wanna go down into Chinese sewers and explore q_q
