They told FDR "one more term" over 80 years ago after Dems got super majorities because of his platform which includes universal healthcare.
They'll never say it's time, there's too much money in it. We need to get money out of the Dem primary so honest candidates have a chance, or shit will never change. On either of the OPs topics.
You know... The last time there was a guilded age happening, the United States got an uprising of workers that resulted in massive labor reform. And at least one king was... Un... Kinged.
There can be hope. In the meantime, grow vegetables, help strengthen your community, and spread the knowledge that there are better ways to live.
