Central is already a bimodal with 3mph bumper-to-bumper on one peak, and Spaceballs' Ludicrous Speed on the other. Playing around with the posted limits is meaningless.

Exactly.... nobody gives two-shits what the posted speed limit is on Central (or much of anywhere else in TX).
Everyone knows that speed limits are recommendations. And the only ones that followed are always driving in the fucking left lane.
