Can I suggest a bidet wand? Super easy to install and great for the messy poo.

One of many parts of my country's history that makes me sad.

I'd at least get one with a motherboard from a reputable company and install my own Win/Linux build. Too much chance for bad actors otherwise.

Listen Linda.... Sometimes you go to HD, buy stuff, and then forget you have to get it home.

Makes perfect sense. I'm not as familiar with the admin side of things.

TY for taking the time to explain.

Would you care to expand on this? I understand many of the pieces mentioned but am not an expert on this and am trying to learn.

I used to make the rounds in the largest libraries around me. I'd find the coziest spot to hide in. At Uni I'd find a good study cubby and hide there. Napping also helps with a nice jacket on.

I suspect it depends on the school. Also I think it depends on the student's needs and intentions. Tai chi can be very effective against many competing styles.

I practice "internal" and "external" kung fu and first things first... All real kung fu is both. If your Shifu is teaching both the internal and external aspects of the art then you are getting the full experience. Any martial art was developed for fighting, however there can be a very fulfilling experience when you connect the mind and body during training and execution. It sounds like your teacher has you on a good path.

May I suggest that tai chi is very much a combative fighting style that simply has a larger audience with two chi for health. All of the forms can be sped up and effectively used as a martial art.

Big Horse is at it again.

I installed a screen protector for the first time on Monday. I've been having issues getting my fingerprint to work and just would use my pin to unlock. This morning Android popped up a notification saying "Using a screen protector? Click here to increase touch sensitivity!" Pretty awesome.

Now stop asking me to use Gemini.

I was going to drop my kid off at school when a dog ran between two cars and my back tire ran over a portion of the dog. I slowed down and stopped not knowing what to do and watched the dog hop up and hobble away into an adjoining back yard. What seemed to be the owner followed the dog into the back yard. I immediately pulled over but had to roll up my windows as my dog was riding along. I waited a few houses away not really knowing how to react and asking my kid what she thought I should do. When the dog quickly wandered off she wasn't sure how I should act either.

What do I do? My initial hesitancy is tied to the dog quickly walking away into what looked like it's home and the owner slowly following it away. I'm concerned of getting into the middle of a highly emotional situation if the dog needs to go to the vet. If the dog lay lifeless I would have had no issue with getting out and consoling as needed. Is there a difference? I think also am concerned I'll get told I'm responsible and need to help cover any vet costs.

Google sucks. (www.howtogeek.com)

Corporations now buy the carpet bomb factory to expand their bomb product line and then carpet bomb their own factory after the war is over.

This may be out there already, but it seems like I have seen multiple teaser trailers (including Trailer 1 for Gladiator 2) that seem to have terrible writing and terrible voice overs that sound like AI.

I did it! (lemmy.world)

I picked my first lock today. It was a cylinder from a Yale deadbolt that I lost the keys to. I'm so pumped. I sat there for over an hour and finally watched a video to learn the pins are little pistons in Yales. I modified the pressure and approach and bam. It just clicked. Cylinder is now repinned to match my current Yale key. Wish I could cut my own keys. Then I'd be a full turkey service (ha... get it). I told my 12 year old who was making fun of me while I was doing it and she actually looked happy for me when I ran in and told her. She even let me show her how a cylinder and key are pinned.

Anyone have a reliable URL for KERA? Something changed a few months ago and I can't find a link that'll work in my XIIA internet streaming app.

Bummer that this place went up in flames. Hoping it didn't significantly damage surrounding buildings and offices.
