Yeah. PC players definitely get StarUI, which shows value / mass, and is also otherwise just a plain better inventory screen.
This spreadsheet is okay for fixed items, but most of your money will come from selling things like weapons, which can have great variety in quality & price.
What do you plan to do with this intelligence in the game?
Hoard foam cups and make millions.
