Will arrive in 2025. Fucking title made it sound like it was available now for a moment.
The title is fine. You brotherman is just too excited to read the whole title.
Arrives is present tense. But it will arrive in the future. So it's still bad writing.
Arrives can also be used instead of "will arrive on". It's less common but not infrquent in release announcement for tech things at least.
Which title?
Are MacOS and Linux ports confirmed? So far, it just says Xbox and (Windows) PC.
I'm guessing here but almost certainly not? original game didn't have ports for either platform, right? good news is (also guessing) it will probably work fine with proton, since there likely won't be any anticheat
Both previous games definitely had MacOS ports or I’ve been hallucinating for hours in front of my computer monitor. They also had Switch and PlayStation ports.
EDIT: Also verified on Steam Deck.
Is that crab holding a weird gun?
I'm looking forward to this. I quite enjoyed subzero even though I didn't enjoy it as much as the original. So I am hoping they've learned from the difference in love the community has for them.
TBH half of the problem with subzero was the sea truck. I get that they wanted to innovate and do something new, but the original sub was just so much cooler. IMO a better innovation would have been to focus on building a nomadic, cooperative fleet with friends.
Maybe friend A has a boat on the surface, friend B has a sub, friend C has a factorio-esc spidertron, etc. The boat friend could have a laser weapon, and the undersea friends could paint a target for the boat friend. I imagine it would be a load of fun to shine a little laser pointer through the glass of your sub and then a few seconds later your friend annihilates a leviathan with a blinding beam of light coming from above.
Wait, what? No PS5 release?
