This is similar to, but distinct from, the more widely known “DontDeadOpenInside” format. In that case, the text reads correctly top to bottom, but visual cues (like colouration, horizontal proximity, or vertical separation) lead you to try to read it left to right.

so he's running down the troops, but wants to prop up a disabled person to take down first?
He means "stand by our troops" by denying them healthcare, making sure any military money goes to defense contractors instead of pay, and abandoning them as soon as they get home. Also, 20 years ago it meant sending them to Iraq for some reason.
