Prometheus is the Titan that took fire and gave it to humans. The other titans punished him for this by chaining him to a mountain and sending an eagle to eat his liver every day.

Prometheus stole fire from the gods.

His punishment for doing so was being tied to a rock where an eagle would eat his liver every day (the liver comes back each morning).
