Iirc Canada has laws explicitly banning refugees from the US because the US is a """safe harbor""". Good luck.

Yeah I found this out pretty quickly, working on trying to immigrate as a skilled worker, lucky I have the skill set to do so.

Your best bets in order of the most supportive jurisdictions in Canada: The Yukon, BC, Manitoba, Newfoundland & Labrador and New Brunswick.

Furthermore in BC the next government is highly likely to be progressive and has the fastest amount of housing being built in the country.
