I've been using Lemmy since the Reddit exodus. I haven't looked back since, but I miss a lot of mental health communities that I haven't been able to find replacements for here on Lemmy. Does anyone know any cool mental health communities that are somewhat active?

Which one? [email protected]? I'm in it already; I was looking for something a little more 'serious'.

That’s what I meant. Idk then!

That's totally okay. Thank you!

I am not sure for any, but I think you can make one and advertise it on other communities like casual conversation or somewhere else. I guess [email protected] or [email protected] might be good for something like that. I tagged these 2 because I'm not sure which one is more active.

The one at lemmy.world has been shut down and moved to lemm.ee, from what it seems. Not exactly what I'm looking for, but those are great options too. Thank you for the recommendations!

I mean casual conversation maybe is not good for what you are looking but it might help to some casual venting or something.

Maybe! Either way, thank you for taking your time to comment :)

Too deep to be "casual" especially if your problems are politically related ahem election results of a certain country ahem

I browsed the communities introvertcatto mentioned, and I didn't come across any political content.

Um yea, what I'm saying is. If you vent about politics making your mental health suffer, they'll probably remove your post/comment.

Right. That's fair. Thank you!
