I hate it when I change pants and leave the house without my Portugal.

[–] [email protected] 30 points 1 year ago

I got skinny jeans I can only fit Montenegro anyway. You don't really need Portugal with you all the time.

I hate leaving house without ВЛ80 and at least Kazahstan.

Ever since all those derailing incidents, I'm surprised girls don't carry at least one spare Alco GP-9. It's not smart to just assume guys like me that pocket two are going to be there.

Actually there's around a thousand train derailing incidents a year. The event you're referring to is just when one actually made it to the news.

[–] [email protected] 24 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Hence the need for pockets

I never leave the house without my Portugal.

[–] [email protected] 26 points 1 year ago

Don't use it everyday, but it's pretty small and when you need it you need it.

[–] [email protected] 21 points 1 year ago

I forgot it at home once and it came up in a conversation. Talk about a disappointment.

the people who say cargo pants/shorts are out of style don't realize that not having everything jammed in and jingling in 1 pocket is always in style

[–] [email protected] 12 points 1 year ago (2 children)

I love my convertible cargo pants.

If we give girls pockets, they'll just use them to hide witchcraft components.

If the men find out we can store witchcraft components, they're going to tell the church

Don't look in girls' bags though. If you do, you may stare into the void for eternity or get eaten by a 6-dimensional space monster.

[–] [email protected] 16 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I looked into my wife's bag once. I think I saw the Event horizon.

Is that an Iberian country in your pants or are you just happy to see me?

[–] [email protected] 22 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Don't forget to bring an extra pair of cargo pants in your pockets for emergencies!

I don't understand how women cope with the lack of pockets. Purses aren't enough. Below is an honest list of about what I carry with me every single day.

On my body: Phone Bluetooth headphones in case. Multitool with pliars, screwdrivers etc Regular knife Another multitool but it's shaped like a card 20,000 mA portable battery sometimes Cord usb-c Cigarettes Lighter Bottled water (back pocket) Comb Wallet (sometimes) Little container for stuff, used to be weed but no more Emergency B.C in case of headache or backache *Emergen-C" packet in case of mild electrolyte deficiency

I haven't even filled half of my total capacity. I still have 7 empty pockets and 2 pockets are only half full. But that's not all. I bring a backpack everywhere as well.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 1 year ago (2 children)

Why do you carry 2 different multi-tools and a knife? Not hating, they're your pockets afterall, I'm just curious lol

Also, all that shit, and the one thing that's a "sometimes" is your wallet? 😅 "well I've got my 20lbs of misc equipment, but eh I think I'll travel light today, no need to grab my 1oz wallet"

I think the CD1445 is retired. The replacement is slightly larger.

Crap I think I left Portugal in my pocket when I did laundry

spinning cycle made it Chile

Went shopping with the missus in Tenerife. She picked out some jeans and went "are these for men or women, I can't tell"

"I'll check." said I. Put my hands in the pocket. Stopped two knuckles in. "These are women's jeans."

Meanwhile, I can fit a Nintendo Switch in my shorts pocket, with joycons attached, and still get the zip closed.

If girls could fit their UTAX CD1445 into their pockets who would buy purses?

[–] [email protected] 14 points 1 year ago

Idk man... I don't usually carry Portugal, it kind of itches my leg.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 1 year ago (2 children)

Is there room for a bagger 293?

[–] [email protected] 8 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Of course! That was all just on one side.

I don't keep an ALCO-GP9 in my pockets since the world's supply of unsliced bread takes up too much space in there 😞

[–] [email protected] 9 points 1 year ago (1 children)

So you're the one who's been hoarding that

My ALCO-GP9 comes in handy when everyone else is waiting on the subway. Do a nice lil cities skylines and spawn my own train from my pocket 😁

[–] [email protected] 11 points 1 year ago (2 children)

They could have slipped a fishing pole in there

Some girls' pants only have fake pockets.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 1 year ago

Are you happy to see me or is that just Portugal in your pocket?

[–] [email protected] 8 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago)

When shopping for trousers, I routinely stick my hand into potential candidates only to recoil when I find yet another case of 'your fingertips and nothing else'.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 1 year ago (2 children)

If I were a girl I would just wear cargo pants.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 1 year ago (1 children)
[–] [email protected] 9 points 1 year ago

In that case you know someone sensible.
