Lemme guess, taga mo ba sa Manila? Because I think China's cooperating with the Pilipinas to Build Back Better, at least from what I've heard, in regards to Duterte, the previous president, and I think Bongbong will continue that....
I have family in the provinces. American born halfie with very limited Tagalog knowledge. But every time I pass through Manila traffic, it is just awful. Manila is frequently on the top cities of worst traffic.
