I'm going with the niche german option: Jan Philip Zymny. He is a former Poetry Slammer and writes hilarious dadaistic texts. An he can also do that spontaneous together with the audience.
And of course the german comedian Thorsten StrΓ€ter.

The end of the supermarket episode of Joe Pera Talks With You made me laugh harder than I have ever laughed in my life.
Patton Oswalt and Michelle Buteau. Kind of an odd pairing considering their comedy is very different, but they both make me regularly wheeze laugh.
