Everything seems to have an RDA associated with it (Recommended Daily Allowance), so I imagine that something like this exists. I'm not interested in weight gain/loss though, purely nutrition. I'm a light eater and I'm sure I could do with supplements or dietary modification.

I guess nutritiondata.com died. I saw these suggested elsewhere:

https://tools.myfooddata.com/nutrition-facts
https://www.nutritionvalue.org/
https://foodstruct.com/

I always ended up using a spreadsheet along with the data they use.

Thanks so much, I'll check these out. I'm not sure if I'm disciplined enough to track it myself and then subtract my intake from the recommended RDA to see what I'm missing.

I've been using Cronometer off and on for years. The free version has tons of detail of various nutrients, and can integrate with various fitness trackers. The paid version has some added features, but I've only been tempted to pay purely to support a service that I've benefited from for so long.

Thanks. They do seem to offer what I’m looking for. I’ll give it a try.

I think myfitnesspal does that

Thank you. It says it tracks food for calories. I'm not sure if it does general nutrition but I'll look into it a bit more.

Edit: I'm wrong, it does "macro tracking app, a micronutrient tracking app, and a water tracking app". I must try it, thank you again!

Edit2: After setting up an account and asking in their community, it seems that it doesn’t do it.
